Why do I offer a free phone consult?

Starting therapy can feel intimidating — and that’s completely normal.That’s why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. It gives us both a chance to get to know each other before committing to a full session.

Not every client and therapist are the right fit, and that’s okay. During our call, you’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions about my experience, therapeutic approaches, and anything else that feels important to you. I’ll also take some time to learn more about what’s bringing you to therapy and explore whether I’m the right person to support you on your wellness journey.

If it turns out I’m not the best fit, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who might be a better match for your needs.
